Privacy Policy
Effective July 20, 2026
Synorthos Systems LLC ("Synorthos," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company. This page explains what information we collect through synorthos.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll give you a straight answer.
What we collect, and why
We use all of it for the obvious purposes only: responding to you, following up when you've asked us to, running and protecting the website, and understanding overall traffic.
- Chat conversations. If you talk to Aria, our website assistant, the messages you type are processed so it can respond. Aria is an AI assistant, not a person. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat — it isn't needed for anything we do.
- Contact details you choose to give us. If you ask for a follow-up, we collect your name, the email or phone number you provide, and your description of what you need.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive whatever you send, like any business would.
- Security and technical data. Our infrastructure briefly processes your IP address to prevent abuse of the site and chat. Rate-limiting records expire automatically after about an hour.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that shows us overall traffic patterns. It does not build profiles of individual visitors.
What we don't do
We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for marketing or advertising, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No third party tracks your activity across other websites through this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children — this is a business-services site, not directed at anyone under 18.
Cookies and Do Not Track
The only cookies this site uses are strictly-necessary security cookies set by Cloudflare, for example to distinguish real visitors from bots. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie consent banner here. Because we don't track you across sites in the first place, we make no behavioral changes in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides security (bot protection, rate limiting) and cookieless analytics.
- Anthropic — provides the AI model behind Aria. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default.
- Resend — delivers the notification email to us when you request a follow-up.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email, where your messages and follow-up requests are received and stored.
Your choices, and how long we keep things
Chat conversations are not stored on our servers — they exist in your browser during your visit and are processed transiently to generate responses. Follow-up requests and email correspondence stay in our business inbox for as long as we have a genuine business reason to keep them. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it promptly — typically within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have specific legal rights to access, correct, or delete your data; we honor reasonable requests from anyone, regardless of jurisdiction.
Changes, and how to reach us
If we make meaningful changes — for example, adding a new tool that collects data — we'll update this page and the effective date at the top, and post a notice on the site when the change is material.
